1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BKit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

BKit is a cloud-based business management platform that provides modules for HR, Payroll, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Invoicing, Accounting, Projects, and Reports. The Service is provided “as is” and is continually improved with new features and updates.

3. User Accounts & Organizations

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account belongs to an organization, and the organization owner controls membership and billing.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. If payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend access until payment is resolved.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BKit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may export it. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
